After the 2013 Woefie Wandel in Durbanville Elfie was put on the front page of the Tygerburger newspaper.

2013 Durbanville Craft Market Dog Competition

Elfie went to the Durbanville Craft Market this Saturday to enter into the different catagories. This was hosted by Animal Rescue and all proceeds went to this organisation.

Elfie loves his community and will always support charity's.

The categories were as follows :

1. Small Breed
2. Medium Breed
3. Large Breed
4. Fancy Dress
5. Best Owner And Dog Lookalike

We entered Elf into small breed, fancy dress and best owner and dog lookalike.

Elfie was a hit as always and took the title. He was so amazing and impressed not only the judges, but also all the people attending.

He won fancy dress and best owner and dog lookalike. The prizes very nice and we were so proud of him.

His mom was responsible for this as she prepares him and dresses him up for the event. She also walked him past the judges. Well done Lee Ann !!

There were some interesting breeds at the event. Not sure what that breed is.

2013 D' Aria Woefie Wandel

We took Elfie to the 2013 Woefie Wandel in D' Aria Durbanville. This was a great outting and all proceeds went to the SPCA, which Elfie supports.

It was a lovely day and we took Elfie on a 4km walk through the vineyards.

Below : The SPCA went all out and accommodated over 1000 different dogs.

At the end of the walk there was a competition. The categories were, small breed, medium breed, large breed and cutest dog.

We entered Elf into the cutest breed. And guess what ? Elf took the title. Well done Elf.

This was a great day, not only for the SPCA but also for Elf :)

Meet Elfie

Elfie is a 4 year old Yorkshire terrier and lives with his owner/mother Lee Ann Vertue. He has been all over the country and is becoming well know in the dog circles. Elfie is truly an amazing dog and anyone who has met him will say that he is more person than dog.

This site is dedicated to him and will lots of pictures of him and posts on what he is up to.
